Lanfair Systems 30 day return policy that provides for either repair, replacement or refund (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacture or Lanfair Systems.
Damage to equipment that has occurred during shipping must be reported within 24 hours. Open all boxes, inspect all packed items immediately upon receipt.
When receiving items, please request that the driver or deliverer note the condition of the box if it's crushed, torn or otherwise damaged.
Contact us detailing any items received in damaged condition and the condition of the box received.
